100% money back guarantee if you open your box and don’t like your purchase simply box it up and send it back (at your expense) for a full refund of the purchase price. No fuss no mess.
All hooks are guaranteed against workmanship defects for 7 days if you can’t find something wrong with it in that time there isn’t anything wrong with it.
If a defect in workmanship is found I will exchange it with NO COST to you, which will include the return of the defective product. (This is the only time where shipping refunds may be applicable.)
Replacements or refunds will not be given for hooks used in an improper manner, for example if you use your hook for street hockey, baseball, or dragging your wife around the house. These are snake hooks, made for snake handling; any other use is at your own risk.
Shipping:
Shipping for snake hooks and equipment is usually done through U.S.P.S (United States Postal Service) this is the cheapest and most effective way to ship. Packages run around $10 to $15 to ship depending on the size of your order and area. A shipping quote will be provided for every order. If you do not want to ship through U.S.P.S please contact me and I will work with you to get it shipped out in what ever fashion you desire.
Shipping is a non-refundable item, for unsatisfied hook customers shipping will not be refunded, I will refund full price of the hook(s) but shipping it back will ultimately rest on you.
I only refund shipping and pay for extra shipping on defective items if it ever happens (knock on wood) I diligently inspect each order before it goes out, and package it very carefully, unless the delivery vehicle blows up chances are your package will arrive with it’s contents safe and sound.
Order Lag Time:
Again all orders are started on receipt of payment in full.
A 1 to 2 week completion time on projects should be expected, and will be discussed in the consultation.
Accidental Breakage:
This is what I call my Fix and Repair clause.
Accidents do happen, and there’s nothing worse than having a “whoops” and then having to stare at the “whoops” every time you want to use your hook.
So that said if you have a “whoops” please contact me and I will see what I can do to repair it. There may or may not be a cost depending on the extent of the damage.
All shipping on “Whoops” Hooks is paid by you the Customer.

All specimens are guaranteed healthy, feeding and free of parasites unless noted otherwise (these are considered “AS IS” and the price will reflect this fact.)
Shipping:
All live specimens (exotic animals) shipping is done Priority Overnight Fed-Ex or DHL shipping only
Usually runs $40 to $50 depending on your area.
**Not responsible for carrier delay. In the event your shipment is delayed for whatever reason, it is unfortunate but it does sometimes happen, more often than not your specimens will arrive alive and fine, if they do; count your blessings that they did but do not call and ask for partial refund for shipping because it was late, the shipping company won’t give it to you, and nor shall I. Shipping overnight through any company other than Delta Dash carries with it a certain risk, you take that gamble every time you have a reptile sent overnight to your door. In the event of a DOA(s) due to delayed shipping a refund for the specimen(s) purchased will be issued. There will be NO refunds for the shipping costs. (SEE DOA SECTION)**
Guaranteed live delivery in areas where temperatures are between 40 and 90 degrees Farenhieght. Any less or any more voids all guarantees.
Satisfaction Guarantee; if you are not pleased with your purchase you may ship it back at your expense for a refund of the specimen(s) unsatisfied with. Shipping is a non-refundable item; I will not refund shipping charges in this instance.
7-day Guarantee; all specimens (unless otherwise noted) are guaranteed for 7 days after their arrival date. Issues beyond the 7 days are handled on a case-by-case basis.
D.O.A (Dead On Arrival); all DOAs must be reported within 4 hours of arrival of the package. Body of the deceased and/or acceptable photographic proof will be required before a refund is given. (Acceptable photographic proof at my discretion)
NO SALES TO MINORS; if you are not 18 years old be prepared to have a parent or legal guardian available to lend you permission. Be prepared to have proof of age available (at my discretion).
I reserve the right to refuse sale of live animals to anyone who seems unable to handle the responsibility or care requirements of the animal in question. No specimens sold to areas where they are not permitted.
Putting Specimens on “Hold”:
If you wish to place a particular specimen on “hold” a non-refundable deposit of 35% of the base price is required. If you decide not to acquire that specimen deposit is forfeit (you will not get your money back).
Hold times are taken on a case-by-case basis, full payment will be expected within 24 hours of the date agreed upon, failure to do so will result in a forfeit of the deposit funds and the specimen will immediately become available for sale again.
Trades:
I am always willing to entertain the idea of any possible trade. The worst I can say is “no thank you” be assured it’s nothing personal I just simply may not be looking for that particular trade specimen.
Trade agreements are as follows:
The person willing to trade (you the customer) will ship said trade item(s) first. Upon receiving the trade items I will contact you within 24 hours as to whether or not the trade items are acceptable, if so I will ship out whatever the trade agreement was for. Upon receipt of my trade items you also have 24 hours to accept or decline the sent trade item(s), if accepted; said trade agreement is now concluded.
Please do not try to change to the trade agreement in mid-stream, I like to keep things simple if you like the provided trade items than accept the trade, if not decline; do not try to barter after the fact for I will simply conclude that you are not satisfied and therefore wish to end the trade.
Live Stock Photographs:
Long ago I realized the value in seeing before you buy especially with reptiles. You can tell a lot from a good picture, and so I extend this courtesy to all my customers; all live stock being sold will be accompanied by a picture reference of that specimen if you find it insufficient please contact me and I will do my best to get any kind of photographic help you may need to make the decision. Along with that all specimens sold by me to you will come with a specimen ID photographic invoice so there will be no mistake this specimen came from my shop. Please keep this invoice for the life of your specimen so that if you sell it even the new owner will have a record of where it came from. Patterns are like fingerprints no 2 are alike.
